How to Enroll

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SY 2024-2025:
1. Completed application form
2. Copy of birth certificate
3. Payment of $70 application fee (non-refundable)*

*Returning families with outstanding balances must settle tuition account in order to apply.

APPLICATION CALENDAR FOR SY 2024-2025 (Sept. 3, 2024 – May 23, 2025)
January & February: Priority application period January 17 – February 7. Students will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
February 23: Final enrollment paperwork and deposit are due.
March – July:
Applications will be considered to fill remaining classrooms as available. 
August 1:
All medical forms are due & first tuition payment is due. 
September 3:
First day of school.
May 23, 2025: Last day of school.

ACCOMMODATIONS ADMISSIONS POLICY
Saint Luke Christian Day School (CDS) does not provide specialized instruction for children needing extensive accommodations. Children with diagnosed disabilities or learning differences are eligible for admission if they are able to participate in the programs and services of CDS with reasonable modifications to those programs and services. The director of CDS, in consultation with the child’s guardian(s) (and appropriate specialists), will determine on a case-by-case basis whether a child in need of accommodations may be admitted in accordance with this policy. A physician’s documentation and that of other third parties may be required.

SUSPENSIONS
The school reserves the right to suspend the enrollment of any child if deemed necessary by The Board of Directors.

PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL

School Year: If you wish to withdraw your child from our program, one’s month notice must be given in writing to the Director. Per your enrollment contract, you are financially responsible for tuition and fees for the entire school year unless your child’s spot can be filled by another student. NO ADJUSTMENTS OR REFUNDS WILL BE MADE BY THE SCHOOL FOR ABSENCES, WITHDRAWALS OR DISMISSALS.

TUITION & FEE REVIEW
Tuition and Fees are reviewed annually by the School Board of Directors, and can be increased between 0-8%.

PAYMENT EXPECTATION
Tuition may be paid in full at enrollment or is collected in installments per the terms of the enrollment contract via Tuition Express. PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF CHILDREN ENROLLED ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE CONTRACT TERM FROM THE DATE OF ENROLLMENT.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Tuition assistance is available in form of scholarship funds. The CDS Board of Directors makes all final decisions regarding scholarship awards. Only partial awards are granted. Contact the school office for more information and application deadlines, 301-588-3866.
